We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Seal intact (for safety and quality reasons)
- Not damaged or tampered with
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer support at returns@ecopurelabs.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
Return Shipping
Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs. Contact us for a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Approval: You’ll receive an email confirmation
- Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit: Appears in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Product returned after 30 days but within 60 days (50% refund)
- Product not in original condition or packaging (up to 50% deduction)
- Product missing parts not due to our error (prorated refund)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplement products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 60 days
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Return the original product for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately at support@ecopurelabs.com
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping)
Please report defects within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us at support@ecopurelabs.com within 7 days
- We’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent immediately
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
EU Consumer Rights
For EU Customers: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
To exercise your EU cancellation right, notify us at returns@ecopurelabs.com within 14 days of delivery.
Return Address
Do not return products without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The return address will be provided when you receive your RA number.
