1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store available at ecopurelabs.com is operated by INVEST LIMITED LTD with its registered office at: 9 Avondale Court, Fillebrook Road, London, England, E11 4AZ, TAX: GB119650353, email: contact@ecopurelabs.com.
1.2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

2. Placing Orders
2.1. Orders can be placed via the store’s website.
2.2. To place an order, you must provide the data necessary for delivery and payment.
2.3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Payments
3.1. The Store allows payment by bank transfer, payment card or via online payment operators.
3.2. Payment must be made within the time specified when placing the order.

4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
4.2. Delivery times and costs are specified in the Delivery tab.

5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. The returns policy is described in the Returns tab.

6. Complaints and Returns
6.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of defects in the goods.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: contact@ecopurelabs.com.
6.3. Returns:
6.3.1. You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason.
6.3.2. To exercise the right of return, please inform us by email at: contact@ecopurelabs.com.
6.3.3. Products to be returned should be sent to: Invest Limited Ltd, ul. Wolska 82/31, 01-144 Warsaw.
6.3.4. The refund will be made within 14 days.

7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
